EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
It is imperative to also have sports on your extracurricular section for your resume. You do NOT want to have such a blank resume. It does not make you seem like a well-rounded person who continuously exerts service in both the school and the community. Samoana has a wide array of sports such as cheerleading, soccer, football, basketball, volleyball, softball, etc.
The Swing Choir, Science Fair, History Day, Speech Fest, JROTC,HOSA, JSA, Yearbook staff, and Math competition are other great programs to get into if you want to gain the full high school experience before entering college. Senior year can be stressful, but never let it prevent you from joining a club, sport, and most importantly, making memories!
